Declaration from Seychelles-Cuba Freindship Association (SECUFA)

Following the announcement by the Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, that Cuba was not included in the list of countries “do not fully cooperate with the United States antiterrorist efforts”, the Seychelles – Cuba Friendship Association (SECUFA) once again reiterates its call that Cuba must be removed from the other principal and arbitrary list of the States those allegedly “sponsoring terrorism”.

65 years of victories!

On 1st January 2024, the Cuban people will be celebrating 65 years of revolution. These have been 65 years of victories, sacrifice for their right to decide their own destiny and the capacity to overcome all the unimaginable challenges.

From the beginning of the revolution the biggest threat became obvious; their neighbour 90 miles to the north, the United States of America.
